This Commercial Solicitation sets forth the requirement for leasing booth spaces for the InterService/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA) is the exclusive provider authorized for Exhibit space at the OCCC for I/ITSEC 2024. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order to NTSA in the form of a Firm Fixed Price Contract and the anticipated award date is NLT 25 November 2024.
The contractor shall provide Exhibit booth spaces for all associated Government booths, 1339, 1333, 2135, 1935, 1861, and 249 at the OCCC for I/ITSEC 2024. Booths 149, 1239, and 1233 are expected to be proffered. The space shall be provided from 26 November through 6 December 2024. The exhibit space shall be provided in accordance with the local safety and operational codes and in a manner that shall maintain a safe facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance.
