The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Bids to provide professional gutter and roof drain systems, inspection, cleaning and maintenance services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Bids shall be delivered or emailed to the Central Purchasing Office, 25 Shaw Street,, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401, bids@annapolis.gov. Late submittals shall not be accepted under any circumstances.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, on call professional gutter cleaning and roof drain maintenance services for approximately ten (10) City of Annapolis, Maryland owned and occupied buildings.
