BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM, MAINTENANCE UPGRADE & REPAIRS, CITY OF ANNAPOLIS MARYLAND

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Bids to provide building automation, maintenance upgrades, and repairs to the owned and occupied facilities for the City of Annapolis until 2:00 p.m., local time, Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Bids shall be delivered or emailed to the Central Purchasing Office, 25 Shaw Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401, For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. . Late submittals shall not be accepted under any circumstances.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, provide technical support service, on-site operation training, programming, software updates, modifications, and repairs to the owned and occupied facilities for the City of Annapolis.

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, to award multiple contracts, and to select the Bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
