INVITATION FOR BIDS

Project Name: Hyland Glen Park Development Project

Bid Express Project No. 2026-005

The City of Dublin, Ohio will receive electronic bids from a licensed and qualified Contractor. The bid

shall include all materials and labor necessary to construct Hyland Glen Park. The park consists of

grading, storm water inlets and piping, asphalt shared use paths, unit paver plazas, electrical conduit,

landscape improvements and stone wall construction as indicated in the (“Bid Documents”).

Bids shall be received by the City of Dublin via the Bid Express ® service at www.bidexpress.com until

10:00 A.M. local time on Thursday, August 8, 2026. Bid documents will not be available until 8:00 A.M.

on Thursday, July 23, 2026.

Documents are available online at www.bidexpress.com at no charge. By downloading these free

attachments, you will immediately become a plan holder. This ensures you receive addendums that

may be issued.

As a bidder, you must register, set up to bid, and review each solicitation you intend to bid electronically

on before bidding. Note: Navigation of the Bid Express service is FREE unless you select a solicitation

for bidding and complete your purchase.

Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54

of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a surety company or

corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.

To submit Bid Bonds electronically, please ensure your company and your bonding agent's company

Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons

interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and

complexity.

All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio

products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of their project. Payment of Prevailing

Wages is required for this Project.

The City of Dublin reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or

irregularities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom, in its opinion,

offers the lowest and best bid.

Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated

against based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

Construction expected to start after September 14, 2026 and completion by May 14, 2027 or best

possible schedule.
