The Government contemplates awarding a one-time Firm Fixed Price Contract.
Supply Description:
Polybutadiene, Liquid, Hydroxyl-Terminated, Type II in accordance with military specification MIL-DTL-82886B, MCAAP Pamphlet 702-13, and WS 23148D.

This will be procured on a full and open basis. FOB Destination. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/ or contact SAM at 866-606-8220 prior to doing business with the DOD.
Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 19 December 2024 with a closing date of approximately 14 days from the date of issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the internet at http://sam.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to the Sam.gov website and is the contractor’s responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
