Solicitation Document Description:	This RFP is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to prospective suppliers to submit Bids for Hydrogeological Services for Brock West Landfill, as further described in Part 3 (Requirements for Deliverables) and Part 2 the Agreement (the "Project").
Specific Conditions for Procurement:	.1 The Supplier must be able to provide a four (4) hour response time to Brock West Landfill during operating hours, which are defined as Monday to Friday 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., excluding statutory holidays. This response time is essential for addressing any urgent issues that may arise at the site. The Supplier must provide a statement in the Ariba Event confirming their ability to meet this requirement. .2 The Project Manager and Hydrological Lead must be registered as a P. Geo. or P.Eng in Ontario. .3 Provide a minimum of three (3) references for the purpose of evaluating the Supplier's experience and track record of success. .1 A minimum of two (2) of the reference projects must demonstrate experience for design and construction administration for landfill-related assets, with the landfill capacity greater than one (1) million tonnes. .2 A minimum of one (1) of the reference projects must demonstrate experience including landfill slope stability studies. Note: The City requires references for past projects successfully completed within the last ten (10) years or ongoing projects that are similar in size, scale, and complexity to the requirements of this RFP. • Each reference completed projects should have been successfully commissioned and have at minimum, achieved substantial performance as defined in the Construction Lien Act. • Each ongoing reference project must demonstrate at least two (2) consecutive years of successful performance under the contract term.

Pre-Bid Meeting:	Mandatory Meeting: Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory meeting to familiarize themselves with the site and to better understand the required Deliverables. The mandatory site meeting will take place at Brock West Landfill 1390 Concession Road 3, Pickering, Ontario L1X 2R4, on March 26, 2026 at 9:00AM, Toronto Local time as per RFP Part 1, Section 1.6 Mandatory Information Site Meetings.
