Description

The United States Naval Observatory (USNO) requires the upgrade and verification for one (1) Hydrogen Maser (HMaser), to include digital thermal control (DTC) upgrades, and return shipping to the USNO. Repairs of the HMaser will be conducted on site at the Contractor's facilities. See Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Redacted Sole Source Justification for further details.
