Project Description: Montgomery County seeks proposals from private hydroelectric generation developers and consultants to achieve the County’s desired outcome of developing a new hydroelectric generation facility on the County-owned Norristown Dam. This Dam is located on the Schuylkill River in Norristown, Pennsylvania.
