Hydraulic Passenger Elevator Modernization

The City of Boca Raton, Florida is accepting sealed bids for the above.

The work (project) to modernize a total of eleven (11) Hydraulic Passenger Elevators. Work includes modernization of commercial, standard hydraulic elevators, elevator car and hoistway signal equipment, operation and control systems, patching and painting, and accessibility provisions for physically disabled persons .

The estimated budget for this bid is $500,000

All interested parties are invited to attend a pre-bid conference on August 31, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. which will be held as a Go To Meeting. Instructions for attending the Go To Meeting are detailed in Exhibit CMT of the Bid document. Bidders are urged to be prompt and familiarized with the bid documents. The pre-bid is not mandatory.
