at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bid forms are available on the City’s website, www.springfieldcityhall.com on August 17, 2026.

The Springfield DPW is seeking bids from a qualified vendor to supply replacement parts for an Aeroquip Crimp Machine, including hydraulic hose, tubing, fittings and cutting edges. The estimated value of the contract is not to exceed $200,000.00 per year. The term of the contract is One (1) year in length, and the City will retain Two (2) one-year in length renewal options.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5. All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than August 25, 2026 by 4:30 P.M. to Antonio D’Angelo at ad’angelo@springfieldcityhall.com The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
