HYDRATED LIME / A.A CO & CARROLL CO & WASHINGTON CO.-SBR Procurement

Project Description: This contract consists of furnishing and delivering the following chemical to the Maryland Environmental Service at wastewater facilities located in Anne Arundel, Carroll, and Washington Counties in the State of Maryland: Bulk Hydrated Lime by the ton. The quantity of Bulk Hydrated Lime by the ton to be used annually is an estimate. Maryland Environmental Service reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount of product that is ordered. Maryland Environmental Service also reserves the right to add or delete facilities that use Bulk Hydrated Lime by the ton. An information sheet is included to provide an approximate delivery quantity to the various facilities and any special delivery requirements that may apply. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, components, materials, tools and appurtenances necessary for the proper performance and completion of this contract in the manner specified, for the specific price, and to the satisfaction of the Maryland Environmental Service. The submission of the bid shall be considered prima facie evidence that the bidder has familiarized himself with and understands the conditions under which this contract will be awarded, performed and administered.
