Hybrid Bookmobile Project

Vendors must submit four (4) copies of their proposal: three (3) complete paper copies with original Vendor signature, and one (1) complete copy on USB Flash Drive. The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP. Promotional materials may be attached but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked “Mendocino County RFP No. 040-25” and delivered by 6:00 p.m. on January 2, 2026.

Submission by any mail delivery service is acceptable; mail delivery personnel usually knock at the back-office door. If delivered on last day after regular office hours (9 – 5 p.m.), delivery must be through the front door handed to library staff who are available until 6 p.m. on January 2, 2026. Ship to:

Late or facsimile proposals will not be accepted.  It is the proposer’s responsibility to assure that its proposal is delivered and received at the location specified herein, on or before the date and hour set.  Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be considered.  Note: The unauthorized use of the County’s official logo is strictly prohibited.
