Subcontractor to design the system per the approved user-design specifications document (I-708-104-008-00) provided by SLAC. To have a functional system, the subcontractor shall route all piping from existing 1801 pipe branch to HX-4 Skid. The design should include a pressure reducing valve station, piping, valves, accessories, pipe supports, electrical, instrumentation, controls, and trench design. Decommission HX-4 skid with appropriate isolation from existing utilities. At a minimum, this package shall include floor plans, Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), equipment schedules, and details in CAD and PDF formats, specifications, calculations, closeout package per SLAC TOP checklist.
