HWSA - Single Contract - Well 40A Final Hydrogeologic Study and Well Construction

Project Description: The work to be done under this contact consists of labor, equipment, and materials to drill one (1) 12-inch diameter test well and perform one (1) 72-hour aquifer test as described elsewhere in the Project Manual. Work is contained under unit sum contract.
Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contracts, and to waive any informality in the bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids.

This project is subject to the applicable provisions of Act 442, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended, and the prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.
There will be no pre-bid meeting for the project.

Questions will be received on PennBid™ only until October 06, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
