Project Description: Wake County General Services Administration is seeking to retain the services of a qualified firm that can provide a complete service-oriented HVAC water treatment program. The intent of this request is to select a contractor to maximize the efficiency and life of the hot water heating, chilled water, and condenser water systems while minimizing the lifetime operating and maintenance cost. This will be accomplished by minimizing corrosion, biological growth, scale buildup and fouling in these hydronic systems while using the minimum possible amount of chemicals and water.
