Description
UPGRADE OF ENTIRE HVAC SYSTEM FOR HERITAGE HIGH SCHOOL, TO ALSO INCLUDE UPGRADE OF ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS IN SUPPORT OF THE HVAC SYSTEM UPGRADE. HERITAGE HIGH SCHOOL WILL REMAIN FULLY OPERATIONAL; WORK WILL NEED TO BE SCHEDULED OVER 2 YEARS. ALL BIDDERS REQUIRED TO HAVE A GENERAL CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE. ALL INVOLVED HVAC AND ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BONDS.
