Notes	The Alief Independent School District is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the replacement of existing HVAC and electrical equipment in the central plant of the Alief Ninth Grade Center, including but not limited to demolition and replacement of HVAC equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, water heaters, electrical switch board and panels, pumps, piping, and building management controls. (CDT) Proposals will be publicly opened. To ensure on-time delivery of proposal, it is highly recommended that ample time be allowed for mailing. No faxed, e-mailed or late proposals will be accepted. An in-person Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 8:00 A.M., on December 13, 2023 , at the Alief ISD Maintenance Building, located at 12135 High Star, Houston, TX 77072 .
