HVAC Technician Temporary Services

Mesa Unified School District #4 (“District”) is seeking a qualified and experienced vendor(s) to provide fixed hourly pricing for temporary contract HVAC technical services as needed, according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. This request will supplement the District staff for providing HVAC repair and maintenance to various sites throughout the District.

There will be no public opening of the quotations received for this solicitation. Results of this solicitation will be available upon request after an award is made.

Mesa Unified School District is the largest school district in Arizona. The District is located primarily in Mesa, Arizona and is comprised of approximately 200 square miles. The District maintains over 80 educational facilities within the District as well as approximately 12 administrative facilities. These include 6 high schools, 9 junior high schools, 50 elementary schools, 5 success schools, and 12 choice schools.

This quote is intended to be a limited term agreement for services estimated at $60,000 per year. There is no expressed or guaranteed quantity and usage shall be determined solely by District need.

This contract will not be renewed at the end of this contract term.
