All Prime Contractors (Bidders) are required to attend the pre-bid meeting in order to be eligible to submit a bid. All major subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend. Important: See ‘Additional Description’ section below regarding security clearance requirements for all individuals desiring to attend the pre-bid meeting.

Description:	Base Bid Description: Replace package rooftop units and add make-up air unit to the Multi-Purpose Building at the Warm Springs Correctional Center in Carson City. Contract Time: 45 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $625.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project.
Additional Description:	Every person planning to attend the pre-bid meeting must obtain a security clearance in order to enter prison property. All attendees must complete and submit the ‘NDOC Contractor Background Check Application’ and the ‘NDOC Security Regulations Acknowledgment Form’ a minimum of 7 days prior to the pre-bid meeting date. See Supplemental Instructions to Bidders for security clearance details.
