HVAC Systems for Police Evidence Building

The Town of Plainfield is soliciting bids for the contractor to replace of two package units for the police station and one 3.5-ton package unit with ductwork at the Evidence building at 210 Norwich Road, Plainfield, CT. All proposals shall be completed and signed. The required forms shall indicate the materials used, unit specs, gas piping etc. Questions on specifications may be directed to Mr. Robert Wagner at 860-203-3012. Sealed bids, clearly marked "bid-evidence," will be accepted by the Finance Director until 11 :00A.M. Thursday, October 31, 2024, at which time bids will be opened and read at an open public meeting. Bid packages can be obtained on-line at www.plainfieldct.org. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids that are not in the best interest of the Town of Plainfield.
