Description
Project Description: Charlotte Water is seeking contracts with multiple companies for HVAC preventative maintenance and repair services throughout its facilities. Facilities include, but are not limited to, administration buildings, water and wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, and booster stations. Preventative maintenance schedules are typically quarterly, and repairs are performed as needed.
