Scope of Services
The COUNTY seeks a qualified contractor to provide HVAC system modifications and to integrate UV-C air purification technology at the Poinciana Branch Library, located at 101 North Doverplum Avenue, Kissimmee, Florida 34758. The Scope and layout to be confirmed through on-site assessment prior to work commencement. The successful CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, materials, permitting, testing, and commissioning required to complete the work in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
