The Town of Brookfield, on behalf of Brookfield Public Schools (“the District”), invites qualified engineering firms to submit proposals for HVAC System Evaluation and System Replacement options for: • Brookfield High School (BHS) - 45 Long Meadow Hill Road, Brookfield, CT • Whisconier Middle School (WMS) - 15 West Whisconier Road, Brookfield, CT Note: This RFP is revised from RFP B-26-01, posted December 2025, and is limited to the initial phase only (evaluation and replacement options). Future phases (Design Development, Construction Documents, Contractor Selection and Construction Administration) may be procured separately or as an amendment.
