Amendment 06 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide the Q&A and A/E/C Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Standard documents.

Amendment 05: The purpose of this amendment is to attach the updated Statement of Work (dated 21 May 25).

Amendment 04: The purpose of this amendment is to attach the building 1217 & 3252 drawings. Must request access.

Amendment 03: The purpose of this amendment is to attach the Visitor Information template. A site visit will be held on 21 May 2025 at 09:00 AM EST. Submit the Visitor Information to MSgt Bo Im, not later than 19 May 2025, at 4:00 PM EST. Limit 2 names per company.

Amendment 02: All questions concerning this procurement, either technical or contractual must be submitted in writing, via email, to the Contracting Office. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. The deadline for submitting questions regarding this solicitation is 4:00 PM EST on 22 May 2025.

Amendment 01: ***Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document has been uploaded again. No changes.***

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for HVAC System and Boilers prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, parts, permits, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, and management to perform the design, fabrication and installation of a complete HVAC System within the existing Operations Support Squadron Building located inside the new Secure Compartmentalized Information Space (SCIF) located at Building 1217, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762. Also, the contractor shall demolish and replace two boilers, four pumps, valves, piping, thermometers, and gauges located at Building 3252, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762. The Contractor shall disconnect and reconnect gas, electric, and controls.

Submission Due Date. The offeror must ensure its quote, in its entirety, reaches the required destination before the date and time set for closing of the solicitation. The submission due date for this solicitation is 6 Jun 2025 at 4:00 PM (EST).
