The OPI Glove Shop, located at the Madison Correctional Institution, is seeking bids to complete maintenance/repair services on a Greenheck outdoor Air Unit; Model RV-25-71-C-E1. All proposals must be in compliance with the current State of Ohio contract for Statewide HVAC maintenance and Repair, Contract Index MAC038.

* **This is a second round to the sourcing project to allow another opportunity to visit the job site and submit a proposal.***

NOTE: A MANDATORYsite visit will be held Thursday, July 29, 2026 at the Madison Correctional Institution located at 1851 State Route 56 London, OH 43140-0740 to survey the facility and discuss the requirements of the solicitation. The site visit will commence promptly at 10:00 AM EST, barring an unforeseen circumstance that results in a delay of the site visit. Attendance will be taken. The state will not be responsible to a supplier for their failure to obtain information discussed during the site visit due to their arriving after the site visit has convened.
