Project Description: Purpose: The Housing Authority of the City of San Antonio, Texas, a/k/a Opportunity Home San Antonio (“Opportunity Home”), is seeking a contractor to replace 30 R-22 HVAC units with 30 3-ton Goodman R32 SEER 16 heat pump HVAC units at College Park (2011 N. Flores St., San Antonio, TX 78212). The project includes removing old units, installing new units, testing, and various related tasks, with a two-year warranty required for all work.
