HVAC Replacement - Holt & Shima Bldgs.

Bid Submission. San Joaquin Delta Community College District (“District”) will accept electronically submitted bids through the procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/deltacollege up to but no later than Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 9:00 am for HVAC Replacement - Holt & Shima Bldgs. (“Project”) at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter.

The Project is located at San Joaquin Delta College, 5151 Pacific Avenue Stockton, CA 95207 and generally consists of the removal of hazardous materials from the work areas prior to remodeling activities including installation of HVAC units in Holt and Shima Buildings. The estimated construction cost of this project is $3,800,000 including allowance, with construction completion allowing 200 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The Project is subject to the Project Labor Agreement.
