The purpose of this solicitation is to provide removal and disposal of existing HVAC system, and installation and equipment for new HVAC system for two tree coolers located at 1 mile from Ninemile Ranger District, Lolo National Forest. This requirement is set-aide for small business vendors. All quotes will be good for 90 days. All questions are due to Sarah Cotton at

This is a firm fixed priced requirement. The Government is looking for a firm fixed price to make these tree coolers functional. Labor hours will not be accepted. Site Visit will take place on:Sept 17, 2025 at 900 am MST. Report to the tree coolers not the Ranger Station.
