Scope of Services
The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary for the Port St. John Community Center HVAC replacement located at 6650 Corto Road, Cocoa, FL, 32927. The Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, regulations, and permitting requirements. All work shall be in conformance with the Contract Documents, which include the Drawings (Bid Set) prepared by TLC Engineering Solutions, dated 12/17/2025.
