Project Description: This BASE BID consists of HVAC unit replacements for the upper level of the Lone Oak Community Center. The
successful mechanical contractor shall act as the prime contractor and provide a full and complete HVAC system to
include providing all necessary components and controls to meet the energy code requirements including
economizers on the packaged units. Each unit shall have outside air according to code requirements
