The City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #25054, for the HVAC Renovations to Nurse Suite Gloucester High School. DCAMM Certified Prime/General Contractors are sought for the following category: “HVAC Construction”. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. Bids will be due and opened electronically on Thur., Dec 5, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct. https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma . Bids will be available on Nov 20, 2024 at bidnet direct. There will be a pre-bid meeting on Nov. 26, 2024 @ 8:00 am at the Gloucester High School 32 Leslie O Johnson Rd Gloucester, MA 01930.   The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City.  The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
