The City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #25052, for the HVAC Renovations to Advanced Machine Shop at the High School. DCAMM Certified General Contractors are sought for the following category: “General Construction”. DCAMM Certified Subcontractors are sought for the following categories of work: HVAC & Electrical. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. Sub Bids will be due and opened electronically on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 11:00 AM and General Bids will be due and opened electronically on Wed., Nov. 6, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct. https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma . Bids will be available on Oct. 9, 2024 at bidnet direct. There will be a pre-bid meeting on Oct. 15, 2024 @ 8:00 am Gloucester High School, 32 Leslie O Johnson Rd Gloucester, MA 01930.   The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City.  The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
