Solicitation Summary
The Maryland Department of Health (MDH) Potomac Center and Secure Evaluation & Therapeutic Treatment (SETT) are seeking a Contractor to provide annual (once per year) HVAC Preventative Maintenance each Spring on eleven (11) split-system air conditioning units, six (6) Air Handling Units (AHU) with hot /cold water coils, twelve (12) rooftop package units, one (1) chiller (refrigeration side only), eighteen (18) fan coil units, three (3) mini split systems, forty-three (43) rooftop exhaust fans, and seven (7) Mechanical Room exhaust fans. All equipment is located at the Potomac Center, 1380 Marshall Street, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
The resulting contract shall be for Spring (April/May) 2026 and 2027 preventative maintenance.
