The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of Department of Administration's State Public Works Division/Buildings and Grounds (B&G) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Inspection Services for buildings located at the McCarren Center as described in the scope of work and attachments. Vendors must attend a mandatory Sit-Down meeting where additional information regarding locations and equipment will be provided on June 20, 2025 at 10:30 am in order to submit a proposal. Vendors will meet at the Humboldt Building Located at 7115 Amigo Road, Suite 200 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Deadline to submit the pre-registration form is on June 18, 2025, at 2:00 pm The contract will be for a 4 years term. See attached documentation for full details and instructions.
