Solicitation Summary
In order to achieve optimum operating efficiency, maximum life expectancy, and reduce or avoid service interruptions, Maryland Public Television is seeking to obtain the services of a Contractor to provide Corrective and Preventive Maintenance on the HVAC systems located at our Annapolis, Maryland transmitter site for an initial two (2) year period with two (2) one-year renewal options.

SITE VISIT
A site visit will be held at the Annapolis Tower Site, 1690 Hawkins Road, Annapolis, MD 21401 on Friday, January 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM EST.
QUESTIONS
All questions must be submitted via eMMA by Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at 1:00PM.
An Amendment will be posted on eMMA to respond to all questions submitted by the question due date.
DUE DATE
All quotes shall be submitted via eMD Marketplace Advantage (eMMA):
