HVAC Preventative Maintenance/Repair Work

The City of Framingham (the “City”) is seeking sealed bids from qualified HVAC contractors for the completion of preventative maintenance (PM) tasks on a semi-annual basis (unless otherwise noted) for the HVAC systems of the following facilities (the “facilities”) and repair work if needed.

DCAMM Certification is required to bid on this project; General bid certification category is HVAC

Bid documents will be available on Wednesday June 11, 2025 at 10:00 A.M on Vendor Registry.   Bids shall be submitted through Vendor Registry and are due on Wednesday July 2, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration

There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Memorial Hall 150 Concord Street Framingham, MA 01702

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
