Macomb Township is seeking sealed proposals for the Preventative Maintenance and Service of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units at various Macomb Township municipal locations and for a labor and materials contract for Building Management System Support. This agreement is for a term of three (3) years with an option to extend the agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. Proposals must be inclusive of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work.

Qualifications:
|
|
To qualify for award, a Proposer shall have the capability to perform with integrity and reliability in all aspects to perform work, which will assure good faith performance. This requirement shall include, but is not limited to, the availability of the appropriate staffing/personnel, financial material, equipment, ability, expertise, and experience necessary to meet all procurement requirements. No proposal will be considered from any Proposer unless they are known to be skilled and regularly engaged in work similar to that covered by the solicitation documents.
Proposers must be properly licensed under the state laws governing their respective trades. Proposers shall meet qualifications indicated below. Macomb Township may make such investigations necessary to determine the ability of the Proposer to perform the work, and the Proposer shall furnish to the Township all such information and data for this purpose if requested. Macomb Township reserves the right to reject any proposal if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Proposer fails to satisfy Macomb Township that such Proposer is not properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 20, 2026, at 10:30 am. During the pre-bid meeting, all the Township facilities will be visited. The pre-bid meeting will begin at the Township Hall – 54111 Broughton Road, Macomb, MI 48042. All interested companies wishing to submit a proposal on this project must have one (1) representative present at each location.
