Scope of Services
The District Board of Trustees of Valencia College, Florida (College) is inviting qualified State of Florida Certified Mechanical Contractors (referred to as Contractor) to submit proposals to provide quarterly and annual HVAC preventative maintenance, HVAC repair and service work, Liebert Cooling System Maintenance, and Repairs and small projects less than $300,000.
Please Note: A (Non-Mandatory) Site-Visit/Walk Through will be held on March 24, 2026 8:00am-3:45pm(EST) starting at 8:00am on West Campus 1800 S. Kirkman Road Orlando, FL 32811.
