HVAC Preventative Maintenance

Project Description: The City of Roswell is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from prospective contractors with experience in performing services related to Mechanical and HVAC Preventive Maintenance and Repairs at City-owned buildings and facilities. The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and insurance required to perform these services. The proposal, after careful examination of the location sites and specifications shall be presented with the total service cost for each site based on the frequency schedule in Exhibit “B”. Upon agreement, the city will have the option to add or subtract other equipment to the exhibit. This procurement is only an invitation for qualifications from interested contractors and no proposal shall bind the City.
