Project Description: The project consists of the HVAC mechanical system replacement with the coordination of the existing building automation system (BAS) controls (Ecostruxure). The project is located at HCC’s Spring Branch Campus, Performing Arts Center, 1060 West Sam Houston Parkway, Houston, TX 77043, and will affect 36,640 sq. ft. of building structural cooling area.
