Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: Franklin Keywords: HVAC Bid Description: The Town of St. Albans is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for a qualified HVAC Service Agreement for three locations. This agreement will be for a three year period and subject to the Town of St. Albans Contract for Services. A site visit is mandatory and appointments can be scheduled by contacting Facilities Manager John Montagne at 802-527-0739 ext. 201 or 802-309-1685.
