The District Board of Trustees of Valencia College, Florida (“College”) is inviting qualified State of Florida Certified Mechanical Contractors (referred to as “Contractor”) to submit proposals to provide quarterly and annual HVAC preventative maintenance, HVAC repair and service work, Liebert Cooling System Maintenance, and Repairs and small projects less than $300,000.
