ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
The Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority is accepting sealed bids for BMHA Job No. 27-01-OP, HVAC Maintenance and Repair at Various Developments. Bid solicitation is available at the Capital Improvements Office at 320 Perry Street, Buffalo, NY 14204. Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 am local time on Tuesday August 4, 2026, at the Capital Improvements Office, 320 Perry Street, Buffalo, New York 14204. Bids received after the stated time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud post. All bid forms must be filled out and returned. The pre-bid meeting is on Wednesday July 22, 2026, at 10:00 am at 320 Perry, Buffalo NY 14204. Attendance is highly recommended. The BMHA reserves the right to reject any bid that does not meet the essential requirements.
