The City of Phoenix invites offers for HVAC Maintenance, Repair, and Replacement Services for a two-year term, with three (3) one (1) year options, commencing on or about October 1, 2025, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the “Effective Date” which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later.
This service is needed for the health and safety of employees, residents, and the public in City-owned facilities.
