LEGAL NOTICE
Central Arkansas Development Council (CADC) is accepting SEALED BIDS for Weatherization Assistance Program serving twenty-one counties in Arkansas. Bids are for the following:
HVAC Installer: Install new units: repair, clean, tune and evaluate existing units.
Material Supplier for: Energy Efficient Refrigerators (Installed) Material Supplier for: Direct Vent Heater
Labor and Material Installer: For Installing Energy Efficient Measures Insulation Installer: Installing insulation
Plumber: Installing Direct Vent Heaters
Bid packages will be available beginning Friday, October 24th, 2025. To request a bid package call 501-776-8446 or visit the office at 722 Gaunt St. Benton, AR 72015. Pre-bid conference will be held on November 7th,2025 8:30 A.M. at Gaunt office.
All Bids must be marked “SEALED BID” on outside envelope and received at the CADC office at 722 Gaunt St. Benton by 1:00 P.M. on December 5th, 2025. Late bids will not be considered. Bids will be opened on December Sth,2025 at 1:30 P.M. at CADC Weatherization office at 722 Gaunt St. Benton.
MWBE, small firms and Labor Surplus Area Firms are encouraged to apply. CADC reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
