HVAC Installation - Palmdale Armory

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the HVAC Installation - Palmdale Armory located at Palmdale Armory, 38315 30th Street East, Palmdale, California. Work to include: Vendor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace four (4) roof top package units with like type or better units, and three (3) roof top swamp coolers with packaged units and return ducting as described in the attached. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Project Manager (PM) for this project is SGM Adams, Mathew, at mathew.adams@cmd.ca.gov or the Assistant PM (APM) SSG Hernandez, Javier at javier.hernandez1@cmd.ca.gov.

Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory job walk on 3/1/2023, at 10:00 AM at Palmdale Armory, 38315 30th Street East, Palmdale, California. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the job walk site by contacting SGM Adams, Mathew at mathew.adams@cmd.ca.gov.

Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project.
The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor license. The Government Estimate for this project is $195000.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to SGM Adams, Mathew, at mathew.adams@cmd.ca.gov and SSG Hernandez, Javier at javier.hernandez1@cmd.ca.gov no later than 2:00 PM on 3/22/2023. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 3/22/2023 at 2:00 PM
