The Village of Park Forest, Illinois, invites experienced contractors to submit their qualifications and proposals for the installation of a 12 foot hood and make up air unit in a  village-owned building/retail space located in the heart of Downtown Park Forest.

Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at the office of the DownTown Park Forest Management Office (226 Forest Blvd.) and will be read at that time.

The Village reserves the right to refuse to issue and specifications to any person, firm or corporation that it considers to be unqualified.  The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities in bids, and make award in the best interest of the Village.

Furnish and install (1) 12’ Exhaust only stainless steel hood with exhaust fan and make up air unit.

o        Fire suppression ansel system included
o        Furnish and install stainless steel shroud and backsplash on wall
o        Furnish and install exhaust fan and associated black iron grease duct
o        Furnish and install heat only make up air and connect to existing gas line.
o        Furnish and install all make up air duct from roof to kitchen hood
o        Furnish and install all roof curbs, steel, and supports needed
o        Fire wrap all grease duct
