NOTICE TO BIDDERS – City of Bonner Springs

T he City will receive bids in the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 200 East Third Street, P.O. Box 38, Bonner Springs, Kansas, 66012 until 2:00 PM, February 28, 2025 for the following bids:

HVAC for the Bonner Springs City Library

S ealed bids must be marked as specified by each bid packet requirement. Bi ds received after the specified time will be returned unopened to the sender.  Bids will be evaluated by the City based on price, quality, experience of the Contractor, responsiveness of the contractor,  adaptability   of  the  particular  materials  and  equipment  to  the specific use intended and conformity to specifications.   The City reserves the right to select the bid that best suits its need whether the price is the lowest or not and reserves the right to reject all bids or waive informalities.
