Scope of Services
The School Board of Sarasota County, Florida, intends to enter into an agreement for a period of one (1) year for the ongoing replacement of HVAC filters and frames (as required) to include all service and materials as specified herein for all facilities owned and/or operated by the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida. The SBSC desires to move toward a cleaner, healthier environment (“green initiative”). Filter specifications herein indicate the minimum requirements for disposable or recycled filter material.

How many locations are we talking ? Is there an actual list of say locations and filters per location. Frequency changes etc per location. We are pretty good in which we can really create recurring service reminders for each location to keep this tidy if that data would ever be available.	12/11/2025 3:35:13 PM
