Project Description: The Atlanta Independent School System (Atlanta Public School) seeks a design-build contractor to complete HVAC equipment and control upgrades at the Center for Learning and Leadership and Michael R. Hollis Innovation Academy. The successful design-build contractor will be expected to provide all the services included in the standard APS design-build agreement at the following locations:
